Easy Hawaiian Haystacks Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup slivered almonds or crushed crispy noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Rice:
    Cook rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.
  2. Heat Chicken:
    In a pan, warm the canned chicken and cream of chicken soup until well combined and heated through.
  3. Assemble:
    Place a scoop of rice on each plate. Top with the chicken mixture.
  4. Add Toppings:
    Sprinkle with pineapple, cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and almonds.
  5. Serve:
    Enjoy immediately while warm!
