- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup slivered almonds or crushed crispy noodles
Instructions
- Prepare Rice:
Cook rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done. - Heat Chicken:
In a pan, warm the canned chicken and cream of chicken soup until well combined and heated through. - Assemble:
Place a scoop of rice on each plate. Top with the chicken mixture. - Add Toppings:
Sprinkle with pineapple, cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and almonds. - Serve:
