Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Step 2: Shape the Knots
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll and Knot: Roll each piece into a rope about 8 inches long. Tie each rope into a knot and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
