Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven
    Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures your casserole will cook evenly.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Add Berries
    Gently fold in your choice of berries. Be careful not to crush them, as this will keep the casserole visually appealing and flavorful.
  4. Prepare Baking Dish
    Spray a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent the casserole from sticking.
  5. Pour Batter into Dish
