For the Mushrooms
  • 12 medium Button mushrooms Choose medium-sized, firm caps for perfect stuffing.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Use for brushing mushrooms.
For the Filling
  • 3 cloves Garlic Mince finely.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated.
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Finely chopped.
For Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Clean each mushroom cap with a damp cloth, twist off stems, and set caps open-side up on the prepared sheet.
Filling
  1. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, chopped stems, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
Baking
  1. Bake the mushrooms at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until the tops are golden.
