Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Clean each mushroom cap with a damp cloth, twist off stems, and set caps open-side up on the prepared sheet.
Filling
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, chopped stems, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
Baking
- Bake the mushrooms at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until the tops are golden.
Notes
Garnish with extra parsley or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
