Method
 

For the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter with the granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.

Bake & Cool
