Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce creamy and rich
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
For the Roll-Ups
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
For Garnish & Serving
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Warm each flour tortilla in the microwave for about 15–20 seconds until soft.
Filling and Assembly
  1. Combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the filling onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in sides as you go, then place them seam-side down on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake the roll-ups for 20 minutes until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is bubbling through edges.
  2. Remove from oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Drizzle extra Alfredo sauce over roll-ups before serving for added creaminess.
