Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Warm each flour tortilla in the microwave for about 15–20 seconds until soft.
Filling and Assembly
- Combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of the filling onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in sides as you go, then place them seam-side down on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake the roll-ups for 20 minutes until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is bubbling through edges.
- Remove from oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Drizzle extra Alfredo sauce over roll-ups before serving for added creaminess.
