How to Make Maple Butter Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) on the center rack.
- Peel and trim sweet potatoes, then cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Transfer cubed potatoes into a large bowl. Pour the glaze over them and toss to coat.
- Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway.
- Transfer the roasted sweet potatoes to a serving dish and serve immediately.
