- Chill Shrimp: In a large bowl, submerge peeled, deveined shrimp in ice water for 5 minutes until they’re crisp and chilled through.
- Drain & Dry: Lift the shrimp from the ice bath and drain thoroughly, then pat each piece dry with paper towels.
- Combine Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Arrange & Serve: Fill a large platter or individual serving glasses by fanning chilled shrimp around a small bowl of cocktail sauce, then tuck lemon wedges along the edges.
