  • 2 pounds Ground turkey use lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika key spice for smoky flavor
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
For the BBQ Glaze
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce smoky or spicy preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

How to Make Smoky BBQ Turkey Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan lightly with oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, smoked paprika, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
  3. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and press gently with damp hands, smoothing the top for an even bake.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and chili powder until smooth.
  6. Remove meatloaf, brush generously with the glaze, then bake 10 more minutes until glossy.
  7. Let meatloaf rest in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board and slice.
