How to Make Smoky BBQ Turkey Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan lightly with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, smoked paprika, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and press gently with damp hands, smoothing the top for an even bake.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and chili powder until smooth.
- Remove meatloaf, brush generously with the glaze, then bake 10 more minutes until glossy.
- Let meatloaf rest in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board and slice.
