  • 1 large Ripe Mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 large Banana adds creaminess

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice for brightness
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger small pinch for warmth
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop one ripe mango and one banana into chunks.
  2. Add mango, banana, 1 cup coconut milk, a squeeze of lime juice, and a pinch of fresh ginger to the blender.
  3. Pulse on high for 45-60 seconds until silky smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  5. For an extra-cold treat, toss in ice cubes and blend for 30 more seconds.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and top with chia seeds or toasted coconut flakes.

Notes

Optional: Add a mint sprig for a bright, aromatic finish. Store any leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
