For the Dip Base
- Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes until it's soft and easy to blend.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes using a hand mixer or wooden spoon.
For the Flavor Mix
- Add the chopped cranberries, diced jalapeños, and honey; stir gently so you see beautiful red and green specks dancing in the creamy base.
For Serving
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, smooth the top with a spatula, cover tightly, and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, sprinkle chopped cilantro and toasted nuts on top. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
